A Win is A Win...

After we ran off with a 30-26 win on a referee’s decision in Detroit on Sunday, I’m pretty sure Dan Quinn is trying to figure how in the world we ended up in that situation in the first place. Of course we all saw Matt Ryan throw 3 interceptions, 1 being a pick-6, while the other 2 were tipped off the targeted receivers’ hands, but we have to figure out exactly what happened on those plays to cause the interceptions. One could say that if it weren’t for those 3 bad plays, we might’ve blown the Lions out. I didn’t think the Lions could mess with us going into this game, in fact, I still don’t think they can due to the fact that besides the pick 6 play, they were only able to convert our turnovers into field goals and not touchdowns. Meaning that our defense still held on pretty tight. They just happened to catch us slipping a few times and we STILL came out on top. However, we still need to do some fine tuning to the offense while we’re still undefeated and the season is still young because it only gets harder as the season goes on and we don’t want to see ourselves in those types of situations on too many because we might not be so lucky next time.
