Los Angeles Kings at San Jose Sharks: Recap

For the first time in almost 7 months, the Los Angeles Kings returned to the SAP Center in San Jose to take on the Sharks, hoping for a victory after being beaten out of the playoffs in the previous postseason by San Jose in a brutal, best of seven games series. The Sharks felt confident going into the 2016-17 season, and are specifically motivated to make a hard push after losing to the Pittsburgh Penguins in the 2016 Stanley Cup Finals. After a long, awaited rivalry finally returned, the Sharks and Kings took the ice at the shark tank for their first games of the season.
