Breaking News: Chris Bosh's Heat career is over!

Today Pat Riley made a statement about the situation with Chris Bosh. With reporters he discussed the end of Bosh's time with the Miami Heat. Bosh had already failed a physical and by all reports was not allowed to participate in training camp. Here is Riley's quote:

Heat president Pat Riley says he believes that Chris Bosh has played his final game for Miami.
Riley told reporters Monday that Bosh's "Heat career is probably over" and that the team is not actively working toward his return.
The Heat said Friday that Bosh would not be allowed to participate in their preseason training camp after failing a physical. The Heat declined to explain why Bosh failed the physical and cited a clause in the collective bargaining agreement that prohibits the team from releasing certain medical information.
As to whether Bosh's NBA career is over, Riley told reporters, "That's up to him."

This brings the end of the Big Three Era in Miami. For Bosh its just sad news because he was still in his prime and was playing at a high level. The Heat are not planning on waiving him until at least February, when they can get an insurance claim. After that point some teams could bring him in but in reality his career is probably over.
