Isaiah Thomas led the Celtics to a 104-95 victory with 33 points on 10/21 shooting and adding 7 assists, but it was Gerald Green that gave the Celtics the lift they needed with 18 points including 4 threes. Al Horford had a productive night with 15 points and 12 rebounds, and Marcus Smart was impressive off the bench with 8 rebounds and 6 assists.

The Celtics to a 20 point lead in the second quarter only to blow it in the third. The Bulls too a brief two point lead in the third before the Celtics used a 12-0 run to take a double digit lead and never looked back.

Jimmy Butler paced the Bulls with 33 points , 5 rebounds, and 9 assists, and after not attempting a single free throw in Game 3 shot 23 in Game 4 making 19. Dwyane Wade struggled yet again scoring just 11 points and 12 attempts in 38 minutes. The Bulls may have found an answer to their backcourt problems in reserve guard Isaiah Canaan who scored 13 points, and had a +/- of +13 in 34 minutes. While Canaan was productive both Jerian Grant and Michael Carter-Williams proved to not be options in the rotation as they combined to go scoreless in 13 minutes and had a +/- of -10 and -13 respectively.

Pivotal Game 5 is Wednesday in Boston.
