History of the Alabama vs Chattanooga series

This week Chattanooga will play Alabama for the 13th time. The Moccasins from the FCS division have gone winless against the Crimson Tide in the series. Alabama leads the series with a 12-0 record. While these two teams have not faced each other many times, their history goes way back. The Tide and Mocs first played each other all the way back in 1908 in Tuscaloosa. Only one time has Alabama gone on the road to play Chattanooga at their place. That occurred on December 2, 1931. The last time Alabama played Chattanooga was in a similar situation back in 2013 when Alabama was also 10-0 and ranked number one. Below is a full list of the previous meetings between Alabama and Chattanooga.
