Who would've thought the Mavericks would be 1-5, and Lakers 4-3 two weeks into the season? Not me or you. Luke Walton has done a great job with this Lakers team, and high profile wins over the Warriors and Rockets have undoubtedly boosted the Lakers' public perception; possibly inflating this number a little bit. The Mavericks got off to a rough 0-5 start and finally got their first win in game six at home against a bad Bucks team. Dirk is out again tonight resting his achilles, and I think the public sees that as just another reason to back the Lakers. Not surprisingly 80% of the public is on Lakers spread and money line. I'll take my changes rocking with #TeamVegas and back the Mavericks tonight. You can take them at +5 or take the Money line. I'll take the dog for a walk at +170 and get maximum money out of this one.
