CBB Gambling Picks 2/25
Yet another huge Saturday slate for college basketball. SO were back on the gambling train. Here are some picks I absolutely love today.
Florida State -2.5 at Clemson
Florida State has been up and down all year with some bad losses recently. But, less than a month ago FSU whooped the Tigers by 48 points, and I don't think giving Clemson home court advantage will change that by 45.5 points. I really think Clemson is overrated and FSU has been slept on and deserves more credit heading into March. I love the Noles to win big today.
Pittsburg +9.5 vs UNC
Now I know what you're thinking, how can Pitt stay close with a top 10 team coming off a big win against Louisville. But Pitt has been close in every game since Louisville a month ago. Since then they've stayed within 9 points of UNC and Duke, with wins over Syracuse and Florida State. I don't expect the Panthers to win this game, but they should stay close with the Heels.
Florida +4.5 at Kentucky
Florida hasn't lost a game since they were upset by Vanderbilt on January 21st and we all know what happened the last time these teams played when the Gators obliterated Kentucky by 22 points 88-66. I am absolutely appalled that Kentucky is the favorite in the game, I think it should be a pickem at the least. I also think this is a very overrated Kentucky team and the fact that they are the Vegas favorite to win the national championship shocks me. I think Florida wins today, or at least covers easily.
Oregon -8 at Stanford
I love Oregon. Dillon Brooks is one of the best players in the nation and when I fill out my bracket in the coming weeks I fully expect to see them in my Final Four. Stanford isn't a very good team and I expect Oregon to cover easily, winning by double digits.
Miami +3 vs Duke
Miami is having a down year compare to its recent seasons, but still sit in the 8-9 seed range this year. They need a big win to get a better seed for the ACC and NCAA tournaments. Today is the best chance to boost their resume, as a big win over Duke will go over very well with the committee. Duke is coming off a big upset and I think we could see another one today, I love Miami today staying close with a great chance to win
Baylor +2 vs Iowa State
Baylor has been cold recently, and need to win today to help themselves hold strong on the 2 seed line for the NCAA tournament. Iowa State is a good team, but I don't trust them to stay close with the Bears. Baylor wins as the underdog, easily covering the spread.
No matter what you bet on today, lets enjoy this great slate before the conference tournaments begin Monday. Shooters Shoot.
