NLCS Game 4 Recap: Cubs win Crucial Game
The struggling Chicago Cubs finally had a breakthrough tonight exploding for 10 runs beating the Dodgers 10-2. This evens up the series at 2-2 entering into game 5. The Cubs offense came alive tonight with Anthony Rizzo, and Addison Russell both hitting home runs, Russell hit a two-run home run in the 4th, and Rizzo hitting a solo home run in the 5th. Together Rizzo and Russell combined for 5 out of the 10 runs scored in the game. Javier Baez and Kris Bryant continued to keep there strong hitting performance in the NLCS. The Cubs combined for 13 hits in total. The Dodgers were held to 6 hits, and 2 runs, the two runs coming off of a Justin Turner single in the 5th inning. This has become an exciting series to follow and watch. The Series continues tomorrow with Jon Lester (1-0), and Kenta Maeda (0-1) battling it out in Dodger stadium at 5:00 PM PT.
