2016 NFL: Week 16 Picks

Starting this week and going into next week, I'm going to identify all the pointless games that mean nothing and just write the scores in this intro paragraph. Speaking of scores, I correctly had the Bills beating the Browns by the exact score of 33-13 last week. Kudos to me! Chargers 24 Browns 16. Rams 16 49'ers 13

New York Giants At Philadelphia Eagles: I have the craziest feeling that this could be your classic bad Eli game. Which is why I'm calling this my early UPSET SPECIAL (Eagles 21 Giants 17)

Miami Dolphins At Buffalo Bills: I've learned over the years to never pick the Dolphins in Buffalo unless the game September/early October. (Bills 27 Dolphins 16)

New York Jets At New England Patriots: I believe the Pats lockup the #1 seed with a win here, which they will get. The only question is by how much? Common logic says the Pats should wipe the field with these bums, but the Jets always seem to play Brady and company very tough. I'll split the difference and say Pats by two possessions. On second thought... (Patriots 38 Jets 13)

Tennessee Titans At Jacksonville Jaguars: My preseason pick to win the AFC South (Tennessee) just won't let me quit them, no matter how hard I try. Winning the next two will make my prophecy true                      (Titans 23 Jaguars 16)

Minnesota Vikings At Green Bay Packers: I said last week that Packers/Lions for the division title in Week 17 was inevitable. That will be the case of the Packers win this game regardless of what the Lions do in their game. Also this tease of a Vikings season will finally be put out of it's misery. (Packers 24 Vikings 10)

Washington Redskins At Chicago Bears: How do the Redskins keep getting home Monday night games when they always crap the bed in said games? Anyways the bad, but somewhat feisty Bears will put the final nail in the Redskins semi-tease of a season (Bears 23 Redskins 20)

Atlanta Falcons At Carolina Panthers: Well it looks like the Panthers will be the classic under-achieving that gets hot at the end of the season. Only for all these talking heads to call them a 'sleeper team' for 2017 that won't really be a sleeper. (Panthers 28 Falcons 23)

Indianapolis Colts At Oakland Raiders: The Raiders can ill-afford to screw around here if they want a first round bye in the playoffs (Never thought I would ever type that sentence for quite a while. What's next? Cleveland Browns win Super Bowl? Haha keep dreaming on that one) (Raiders 35 Colts 28)

Tampa Bay Buccaneers At New Orleans Saints: No shame for the Bucs in losing to the Cowboys by only six points on Sunday night. I think they get back on track here. (Buccaneers 27 Saints 23)

Arizona Cardinals At Seattle Seahawks: Finally we get a rematch of that 6-6 overtime thriller from a few months back. I thinking these teams get in the double digits this time (Seahawks 23 Cardinals 13)

Cincinnati Bengals At Houston Texans: Before Tom the macho man Savage came into last weeks game, the Texans were losing 13-0 to the Jags at home. I first had a feeling that the kid would struggle, but now I'm thinking he could okay. With an analysis like that I'm sure to be on ESPN any day now.                             (Texans 24 Bengals 20)

Baltimore Ravens At Pittsburgh Steelers: The Ravens have had the Steelers number recently, but all signs point to the Steelers breaking a four game losing streak the the Ravens (including playoffs). They're getting hot at the right time, they're healthy. Not having Jimmy Smith in this game will be a big lose for the Ravens and their inconsistent offense just won't be able to keep up. (Steelers 27 Ravens 17)

Denver Broncos At Kansas City Chiefs: The Broncos anemic offense is really starting to catch up to them. A trip to Arrowhead is not what they need at all (Chiefs 23 Broncos 16)

Detroit Lions At Dallas Cowboys: I like a big win for the Cowboys here, as they'll use this game for the final tune-up for this years playoff run. This game could also wind up deciding some fantasy championships (Or deciding who gets into the finals in Week 17 leagues like mine). All I have to say is yay Dak and Dez and boo Zeke Elliott! (Cowboys 27 Lions 20)
