The 2019 ESPY Awards show will be held Wednesday, July 10 as athletes and celebrities assemble at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. The event starts at 5 p.m. local time.
The ESPY Awards show will air at 8 p.m. on ABC, and will stream on ABC.com and the ABC app. The ESPYS red carpet show will air beforehand on ESPN at 7 p.m. ET.
The 27th edition of the ESPY Awards will be hosted by comedian Tracy Morgan.
Some awards have already been announced. Basketball Hall of Famer Bill Russell will receive the Arthur Ashe Courage Award. Marine sergeant Kirstie Ennis has earned the Pat Tillman Award For Service. High school football coach Rob Mendez will receive the Jimmy V Award for Perseverance. Jim Calhoun will receive the Best Coach Award.
