For the second year in a row, the playoff served it's purpose but failed to entertain. Neither game was very competitive from quarters 2 on and both left a taste of "ugh" in your mouth.

Ohio State played awful. Just awful. No other way around it. And I don't know exactly why. I've never seen an Urban Meyer team play that bad, no matter where he coached.

Washington's defense was the best defense on the field today. They surprised me time and time again with making big stops. They just couldn't capitalize with any takeaways, and eventually got worn down because their offense did nothing to help them.

Where has this Clemson team been all year??? My goodness, they played better than I have ever seen them play, including last year. Their ferocity on defense was unreal and they weren't satisfied just beating them. They wanted that shutout bad.
Consequentially, the O has a lot to work on. When your D gets you the ball that much, you should be putting up 40-50

Bama doesn't look unbeatable like they did a year ago... They showed some areas of concern today and Washington just couldn't actually make them pay for it. Without the play action, their passing attack did not get going. Something to watch moving forward

This is the first time we have had a title rematch and I could not be happier. These two teams started out #1 and #2 at the beginning of the year and here we are. Not many times we see that happen either. This is a clash for the ages
