West Ham Win Appeal Over One Match Ban On Kouyate lifted

West Ham have won their appeal against Belgiums' Cheikhou Kouyate's red card that was given to him in there 5-1 win over Blackburn on Saturday in a FA Cup fifth round game. The 26 year old Kouyate had been sent off by referee Jonathan Moss in the clash between the two sides. It was apparently for denying a goal scoring chance for blackburn whilst he brought down Blackburn defender Adam Henley during there 5-1 win at Ewood park. The one match ban decision was overturned by the FA regulatory commission. Kouyate can now play against Sunderland on Saturday Midday at the Boleyn Ground. You can catch the game live at 12.45 (GB Time) on BT sport.
