The Buffalo Bills sign WR Andre Holmes to a three-year contract worth $6.5 million. Over the past couple of years the 28-year old saw his playing time decrease in Oakland with the arrivals of WR Amari Cooper WR Michael Crabtree and WR Seth Roberts and wound up catching only 14 passes for 126 yards while scoring 3 touchdowns last year. He can help the Bills in the red zone and as a deep threat.

The Cincinnati Bengals and ILB Kevin Minter agree to a one-year deal. The 26-year old recorded 81 total tackles and 3.5 sacks with the Arizona Cardinals last season. Together with LB Vontaze Burfict the Bengals will have a young and strong inside linebacker tandem in 2017.

ILB Sean Spence signs a one-year contract worth $3 million with the Indianapolis Colts. The 26-year old had 54 total tackles and 3.0 sacks with the Tennessee Titans last year. Sean Spence has difficulties defending against the run but possesses good pass coverage skills.
