Wednesday December 4 Sussex Tech at Caesar Rodney

After a 14-6 regular season and a run to the second round of the state tournament, the Ravens of Sussex Tech open the season on the road against the Riders of Caesar Rodney who finished 15-5 last season and lost in the Quarterfinals to St. Georges Tech. Look out for Sussex Tech’s seniors Skylar Johnson, Kevin Custis and Devon Reynolds, and Caesar Rodney’s junior Brycen Williams and senior Kamal Marvel.

Friday December 6 Sussex Tech at Smyrna

Things don’t get any easier for the Ravens as they travel to Smyrna to play the Eagles who missed the state tournament for the first time since 2014. Look out for seniors Nahshon Sylvester and Izaiah Credle of the Eagles.

Henlopen South Games of the Week Dec 2-Dec 7

Wednesday December 4 ECHS at Seaford

ECHS is looking to build on their 10-10 season from a year ago. They beat the Bluejays last season and are looking to start their first year in the Henlopen South off with a win. Seaford is trying to end their 8 year drought of not making the state tournament. Look out for Seaford senior Amir Mollock, sophomore Tyrese Fortune and freshman Brent Ricketts.

Wednesday December 4 Indian River at Woodbridge

With transfers Ricky Kane (sr) and Kahiem Kimbrough-Roach (jr) the Woodbridge Raiders are poised to make a push for the Henlopen Conference championship and a state title. Indian River has a new head coach and are replacing two seniors that were All-South a season ago. In addition to Kane and Kimbrough-Roach look out for Woodbridge junior La-Tyron Stones.
