Leicester A preview

It's 3 at the back. The Joys. Otamendi is suspended, Adarbioyo played ok on Tuesday night, he could be on the bench, but I would be surprised. Stones will lead the 3 at the back, I'm not sure Sagna is fit enough to play again every 3 days, so Clichy could feature, Zaba too and move Kolarov to the left side. I think Zaba might play, but in CDM. So, with Bravo in net (Caballero wasn't great on Tuesday and hasn't put Bravo under enough pressure this season in my opinion) Stones in front of him and Kolarov and Clichy to the sides, Zaba just ahead. Yaya should start (he's fresh) and Gundogan could also feature. KDB and Silva will probably feature so I imagine one will move out wide and the other leads the midfield 3. Sterling has returned from injury, he'll make the bench but why rush him back? Delph too. Navas could feature, Sane and Nolito too. Take your pick of two. I'll go for Navas the love child of Pellers and starting to look like Pep's too. Sane the other. Iheanacho will lead the line. I hope he does well in the next 4 Premier League games. He deserves games. Kompany is out injured. The bench could look something like this: Caballero, Fernando, Sagna, Gundogan, Sterling, Nolito, Adarbioyo. That's a strong bench. I'm excited for tomorrows game. Dinho, Ota, Kun are all out suspended. Kompany injured and Delph and Sterling return to full training. Pep loves a rotation and formation changes, expect that tomorrow. He is very unpredictable. It's no wonder City lead the table for most changes by any team on the PL this season (by a country mile too). Odd.

Leicester will be difficult. If City make mistakes, Leicester will punish. Vardy, Drinkwater, Musa, Albrighton (my man to watch), Mahrez are all dangers. Leicester are not champions for no reason so City need to adapt, play their game and play well. Leicester will play for counter and pace. They look low on confidence at the moment. I think if Kasper in net isn't fit, City win the game. If he plays, what a boost and what a game we will have in store. Super. This is one of those games where if City go behind, I don't think they'll win. Leicester are not Burnley. If City go ahead, Leicester are not out of the game. I want to City to be ruthless, quick and quick with the ball. Press and look for an early goal. If they score, try and score again. City did this so well in the early season, it's why City did so well. They dominated the games, the score and fitness. WHU at home, Stoke away, Man Utd away, Bucharest away, Monchengladbach at home are all examples of City doing this. It hasn't happened from the start in ages. They repeated performances against Barcelona at home too, but they went behind in that match. I want to see more from City. The players are so good, full of quality and if they make the game about quality, City win. If they don't, Leicester will fancy their chances and rightly so. I don't think the game will be a classic but KDB could make all the difference in this game. Albrighton for them is a game changer (right wing and left wing are big problems for City). Leicester looked awful on Wednesday night, had a days less rest and if City approach the game right from the start, they will be ok. I expect Leicester to come out all guns blazing, pressing hard and trying to get an important early goal. Hopefully City will sort their defence out and not crack at the first signs of pressure. They need to work on that.

I'm going for 3-1 City (always have City in BTTS) and KDB to score first and Iheanacho to score once at least too. Fingers crossed.

Team prediction:

Bravo, Stones, Kolarov, Clichy, Zabaleta, Yaya Toure, De Bruyne, Silva, Sane, Navas, Iheanacho.
