The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are staunchly holding the position that there will be a Running Back By Committee. Mike James & Bobby Rainey had solid performances while Doug Martin was hurt, and the team drafted Charles Sims this year, so there are a ton of solid backs that can perform. With Ex-Bears Quarterback Josh McCown in town, the TB offensive could be a revamped machine this season. Each little bit helps, and McCown will arguably be a decent short-term replacement for Mike Glennon while Glennon gets a chance to improve as a backup to McCown.
