Kings Sign Collison As Starter, Isaiah Thomas Out?
The Sacramento Kings have signed Darren Collison to a 3 year, $16 million deal, which isn't terrible for the guard. It seems like Isaiah Thomas will not be resigned, and Collison was reportedly signing on the premises that he would be starting in Sacramento. It may give Collison his first chance at a true starting job (he performed admirably behind Chris Paul, esp. when Paul was out last year), and it gives the Kings a stopgap option while they develop Ray McCallum behind Collison.
