DODGERS OVERHAUL
It's inter league time and the Angels are in town to lose
Having been swept by the division leading Astros, the Angels fell 2 games out of 1st place. While the Dodgers currently hold a 2.5 game lead against the pfts.
The Dodgers took the first game on Friday July 31st, with a great performance from Zack Greinke striking out 8 allowing 2 runs, both by Mike trout, but shutting down the rest of the team
Kershaw is scheduled for Saturday and either Latos or Wood for Sunday
The Dodgers have gone from an unpredictable back end rotation which included call ups, spot starters and bull pen games to follow the 1, 2 of Kershaw and Greinke, to 5 solid starters with a possibility of Mike Bolsinger coming out of the bull pen. An over achieving surprise by far has been Bret Anderson, Having a history of injuries and inconsistencies, is performing and remaining healthy posting a 3.29 era with a 1.30 whip to get the 5th spot.
For now, the Dodgers arms just got some reinforcements it's time for the bats to heat up again and take charge. Fire up together light up Chavez Ravine and shine the light to the promise land.
