Chargers Hire Anthony Lynn As New Head Coach

On Thursday, January 12th the "Los Angeles" Chargers hired new head coach Anthony Lynn. Lynn was an offensive coach in Buffalo working with the running backs and later being promoted to Offensive Coordinator. After the Bolts moved to a new city, the Chargers believe that Lynn will bring some energy to this franchise; considering the Chargers 9-23 record in the last two seasons. If you look at all of the teams with coaching vacancies, the offensive coaches will look at what team has the best player under center.  He made the choice of going with the Chargers because he is an offensive coach and has a lot to work with in Los Angeles. With a veteran quarterback Philip Rivers who's is reliable and has a cannon for an arm. A second year running back Melvin Gordon who nearly broke 1,000 rushing yards last season. If you really look at this Chargers roster you will notice that this team has very few weak spots on the roster. The Chargers put the most players on Season Ending IR in the whole NFL (20 players on IR). Including  No.1 receiver Keenan, No. 1 Pro Bowl Corner Jason Verrett. In a coaching prospective the Chargers are a very appealing organization to work with. The Chargers have all the wheels and the right man in the drivers seat.
