2018 Survivor Series Results

Match 1 - Women's Survivor Series Match, Team SmackDown (Carmella, Naomi, Mandy Rose, Sonya Deville, Asuka) vs. Team RAW (Mickie James, Nia Jax, Tamina, Sasha Banks, Bayley): Naomi was the first one to be eliminated when she took a superkick from Tamina and was pinned. Tamina was eliminated seconds later when Carmella rolled her into a schoolgirl and held on for the three-count. A few minutes later James took a running knee from Deville, but Rose tagged herself in and got the pinfall. A couple of minutes passed after that, and the "Princess of Staten Island" got hit with a Bayley-to-Belly and pinned. Banks made her way into the match, and she tapped out Rose with the Bank Statement. The sixth and seventh eliminations occurred when Deville and Bayley took their fight outside the ring, and neither one returned to the ring before the 10-count. Asuka and Banks entered the ring soon after, and the two put on a nice short match before Jax ruined everything. "The Boss" had perched herself on the ropes near Jax, and a moment later, she was shoved off and fell right into Asuka's arms. The "Empress of Tomorrow" locked Banks in the Asuka Lock and forced a submission. Jax entered the ring and immediately dropped the leg on Asuka. She delivered two more leg drops, threw in a Samoan drop for good measure, then pinned the "Empress" for the three-count.

In a backstage segment, the men's RAW team was lined up and Strowman told each man that he hated him. All except for Finn Balor, he told him that he was all right. R-Truth then made his way into the locker room and began riling up the wrestlers. He was soon told that he was in the wrong locker room, and that got the arena laughing. Truth bid his leave, and the attention was turned back to the action.

Match 2 - Intercontinental Champion, Seth Rollins vs. United States Champion, Shinsuke Nakamura: Rollins came out on top of this pretty good match after he hit Nakamura with the Curb Stomp and scored the pinfall.

Match 3 - SmackDown Tag Team Champions, The Bar vs. RAW Tag Team Champions, Authors of Pain w/ Drake Maverick: In the closing moments of the match, the A.P.'s manager, Drake, was on the apron, and he was confronted by Sheamus and Cesaro. He was so scared, that he began to urinate on himself. As The Bar stood stunned, the A.P. took advantage and finished things off by delivering a neckbreaker-powerbomb combination on the "Celtic Warrior" and scoring the pinfall.

Match 4 - 205 Championship, Mustafa Ali vs. c-Buddy Murphy: This high-flying match-up concluded when Murphy hit Ali with his finisher, known as the Whale Hunt.

Match 5 - Men's Survivor Series Match, Team RAW (Bobby Lashley, Finn Balor, Dolph Ziggler, Drew McIntyre, Braun Strowman) vs. Team SmackDown (The Miz, Jeff Hardy, Samoa Joe, Rey Mysterio, Shane McMahon): The crowd booed the first elimination since it ended up being California native Samoa Joe, whom took a Claymore from McIntyre and was pinned afterwards. Balor was eliminated second, and it was due to a Mysterio frog splash. Ziggler was eliminated next after taking a coast-to-coast from Shane and getting pinned. Jeff entered the match after that, and he fell to Strowman after being hit with the power slam. Mysterio was the fifth man eliminated, and it also happened due to a power slam from "The Monster." Miz entered the match next for SmackDown, and actually got the upper hand on Strowman, having him laying up against a middle turnbuckle. He then convinced Shane to give the big man a coast-to-coast drop kick. The SmackDown commissioner set up, jumped, but in the middle of his flight got clotheslined by Lashley. Strowman then planted Miz with a power slam and eliminated him. Shane followed seconds later. Strowman, Lashley, and McIntyre were the survivors for RAW.

Match 6 - Charlotte Flair (substituted for an injured Becky Lynch) vs. Women's Champion, Ronda Rousey: This match was shaping up to be a good one, when Charlotte did something unexpected. Both women had ended up outside, but on different sides of the ring. "The Queen" looked dazed as she stood near the announce table, and Rousey saw an opening. She charged at Charlotte and when she got near, was hit with a kendo stick. Charlotte then unleashed a brutal barrage as the referee called for the bell. The former SmackDown Women's Champion didn't care, and shoved Rousey back in to the ring. Charlotte then grabbed a chair and began hitting Rousey with it over and over again. Finally, "The Queen" wrapped the chair around Rousey's neck, and gave her the Kane Stomp, as I have dubbed it. After that, numerous officials entered the ring and sent Charlotte to the back. "The Queen" wasn't done, however, and she snuck in for one last move; a Natural Selection on the chair in lying in front of Rousey.

Main Event - WWE Champion, Daniel Bryan vs. Universal Champion, Brock Lesnar: This match had a brutal start to it. The first 10 minutes was basically Lesnar pummeling Bryan. The SmackDown wrestler was thrown around like a rag doll and it seemed that Lesnar was ready to close things out. He planted Bryan with an F5, but to Bryan's credit, he was able to kick out. Undeterred, Lesnar got back to rag dolling the "American Dragon." However, "The Beast" got careless and he was caught with a low blow from Bryan. The SmackDown wrestler then hit a kneeling Lesnar with his running knee, but the UFC fighter kicked out before the three-count. Minutes later, Bryan hit Lesnar with a second running knee, but "The Beast" kicked out of that one as well. Remarkably, the SmackDown champ put his opponent in a triangle, but after a minute he was lifted up in to the air. Lesnar then hoisted Bryan on to his shoulders and delivered F5 number two. Bryan was unable to kick out of that one, but after the bell, he was seen smiling derangedly.
