NXT Results for 11/21/18
This edition of NXT was mostly a recap of the events that occurred at TakeOver: WarGames II. The matches in this episode were all taped in the hour before TakeOver: WarGames went on-air.
Match 1 - Keith Lee took on Fidel Bravo and easily defeated him. He gave him the Jackhammer to finish things off.
Match 2 - Lars Sullivan went up against Keita Murray, and the big man annihilated his opponent. The whole match lasted about two minutes, and Sullivan ended things with the Freak Accident. The behemoth got on the microphone after the match and he said that the preceding match was a sign of things to come unless he received a title match. Sullivan then grabbed Murray off the mat, and set him up for a second Freak Accident. That's when Keith Lee ran to the ring and confronted the big man. After some quick words, Lee whipped Sullivan to the ropes and hit him with the Pounce. Sullivan spilled out of the ring and walked to the back.
In the following segment, Sarah Schreiber caught up with Aleister Black, and as he walked to the dressing room, came across Candice LeRae. The two stared at one another for a moment before continuing on their ways.
Main Event - Nikki Cross and Candice LeRae were the final combatants for the pre-show, and despite her bright attire, LeRae showed a little darkness in this one. The backdrop, of course, being that Cross was the one that told Black who attacked him; LeRae's husband, Johnny Gargano. Despite her change in attitude, Candice Wrestling, as Mauro Ranallo called her, was unable to overcome Cross. She got hit with a hanging swinging neckbreaker, and could not kick out.
