NBA Vs China

As U.S. citizens we have the right to speak our voice on any subject matter regardless of possible ramifications that follow. However, considering the history of how this country has treated minorities, Blacks in particular, should we ever speak on how bad another country treats their citizens?

I have no idea how bad a person may have it in China. That is not my experience but I can tell you how bad people here in America have it because that is my experience. The only difference is the U.S. is a country that is supposed to symbolize freedom, democracy, the ability to pull yourself up by your bootstraps and make something of yourself. Only that is not the actual practices of the U.S.

At least China is not hiding the way they do things, they're a communist country and from the outside in it looks as if they are operating as just that. Whether you agree or disagree with their system of government we her in the U.S. should keep our mouths shut publicly about it because there are so many things that need to be fixed here.

Racism and hate crimes have resurfaced, hate groups that have laid dormant for decades and are now taking center stage. Women are still fighting for equal pay, and opportunities in a country that proclaims all are created equal. I find hypocritical of us to morally judge another country's treatment of their citizens. We should keep our mouths shut.
