Chances are you missed this on TV. Mostly because it was a Mountain West Conference women's basketball game played on a Saturday night.

During the 3rd quarter of the the UNLV vs. Utah State game in Las Vegas, 8 players were tossed after a brawl broke out on the floor and carried over to the far part of the gym.

Running Rebels Center Katie Powell and Aggies forward Antonia Robinson got tangled up under the basket and all of a sudden punches flew and players were running towards the pair who eventually got technical fouls but were not tossed from the game.

It was the 8 players running to the fight from the teams benches who got ejected for breaking the one rule the NCAA adheres strictly to in these situations---You get off the bench and on the floor during a scrum--you will be ejected.

The game itself was a back and forth affair with UNLV eeking out a 55-53 overtime win....
