NFL Cornerback Darrelle Revis Considering Possibly Retiring Next Season

Darrelle Revis has been in the NFL for a long time now. Almost ten years ago in the 2007 draft. Revis has seen plenty of action and made a ton of money. Now he doesn't appreciate the game like he used to.

Per New York Daily News, a source close to Revis said he is beginning to think about retirement: "He's done. If he had his way, he'd be done right now. He doesn't want to play anymore. He's made a lot of money."

The wear and tear on his body is starting to show. This season (2016) has been the worst the worst year of his career. One of the first games of the season against the Cincinnati Bengals A.J. Green caught 12 passes for 180 yards and a touchdown against Revis. Revis's statics haven't changed much from that.

The thought of retirement is still up in the air, but hints are pointing towards retirement.
