TK's Picks Day 4: Safarova will upset Serena Williams at Australian Open

Here's my look at the Day 4 matches at the Australian Open.

Konta d. Osaka in 3: This could be one of the best matches of the day. Konta has been playing well so I'm going with the hot hand.

Woz d. DV in 2: I wish I could go with Donna in this one, but I just can't. Hey, on the bright side the DV cam will be alive and well for Stan's matches.

Nole d. Istomin in 3: Nole is playing himself into championship form.

Safarova d. Serena in 3: I called this upset at the start of the tournament, and I'm going to stick with it.

Rafa d. Baghdatis in 3: This should be a very long three-setter.

Pliskova d. Blinkova in 2

Domi d. Hsieh in 2

Raonic d. Muller in 4: This should be a good one. Muller's been playing well, but Raonic will survive.

Aga d. Lucic-Baroni in 3

Thiem d. Thompson in 4

Errani d. Makarova in 3

Grigs d. Chung in 3

Monfils d. the Dog in 4: This should be a highly entertaining match. Monfils will have too much game for the Dog.

Konjuh d. Dasher in 3: Konjuh is a sleeper pick. She's capable of going a long way.

Gasquet d. Berlocq in 3

Vesnina d. Minella in 2: Hopefully the start of another great year for Vesnina.

S. Zverev d. Tiafoe in 4: A battle of next gen players. Zverev's in line for a very big 2017.

Garcia d. Dodin in 2

Strycova d. Petko in 3: Another great match. Strycova is playing very well to start the year.

Goffin d. Steps in 3: Each set should be close, but Goffin won't have to go 5 this time.

Fabio d. Paire in 5

Kohls d. Young in 5

Ferrer d. Escobedo in 4

Cornet d. Sakkari in 3: Drama queen alert.

Poots d. Ostapenko in 3: More drama queens alert.

RBA d. Nishioka in 4

Karlovic d. Whittington in 4: Dr. Ivo won't need to win 22-20 in the fifth this time.

Bascinszky d. Kovinic in 2

Edmund d. PCB in 3: My sleeper pick for the men is still alive and kicking.

Watson d. Brady in 2

Simon d. Silva in 3

Gibbs d. Falconi in 2
