Let us commemorate the five years of Paul Lee with Rain or Shine Elasto Painters with five amazing facts!

Rain or Shine chose him over Gilas graduates in the 2011 draft!
-Remember how hype the 2011 draft was because that was the year the Gilas 1.0 members will be entering the league? Fice of the first six picks in that draft were Gilas 1.0 members and Paul Lee was that lone exception! Rain or Shine picked him over Chris Lutz, Marcio Lassiter and Mark Barroca.

Paul Lee did not play in the Finals of the 2012 Governors Cup
That 2012 Governors Cup was the first crown of the Rain or Shine franchise and the Leethal Weapon was on the sideline, due to injury. It was a seven-games series against the B-Meg Llamados which they clinched in the last game of the series.

Paul Lee was reported to be on his way out in 2014
At the end of his rookie contract, a lot of news regarding a deadlock in the contract talks between Rain or Shine and Paul Lee erupted. Fortunately, a talk with coach Yeng Guiao changed the mind of Paul and re-sign with the red and blue franchise.

Paul Lee missed 46 games in his five years with the Rain or Shine franchise
Paul is not that injury-prone as you think he is.

Paul Lee was one of top two scorers of Rain or Shine in four of his five seasons with the team
In his first two seasons, he was the second best behind Jeff Chan. In 2014 and 2015, he claimed the top spot with 13.0 and 15.6 points per game. But this season, he was just the fourth best behind Jericho Cruz, Jeff Chan and JR Quinahan. A big reason for that was his injury but at 27, I expect him to be lethal again in Star.
