Argue or Agree - Rookies, Tautuaa and etc.

This is an article that can easily anger you or appease you. The articles will be a sharing of some of my opinions and conclusions in the happenings around the league. I will try to minimize using numbers, as much as possible.

So, will you agree with my takes or do you want to argue with me? If you want to argue, the comment box below is there for you.

Here are my takes, enjoy!

Moala's drives could be unstoppable

If my memory serves me right, I saw two great drives from Moala in their game against the Elite. In one of those drives, I saw two help defenders rushing to stop him and, in a sense, they did not even touched him! I hope coach Nash saw those drives so that they could give him more opportunities of doing it. That could be a great weapon for them this season.

The rookie class looks really special
Maybe, in terms of quality this draft will not be a top 3 for this century but in terms of depth, this could be the best. Right now, I saw at least  twelve newbies that could be starters, two seasons from now. I am talking about Belo, CBC, Ferrer, Jalalon, Wright, Daquioag, Pessumal, Pogoy, Tolomia, Alolino, Grey and McCarthy. That makes this draft a very special one.

The Coaching Staff of Alaska is excellent
In their first game, they missed Sonny Thoss and Calvin Abueva and yet they forced an overtime and was one three-pointer away from victory. Yesterday, they controlled the Beermen for three quarters before bowing out in the 4th quarter by just five points!

I know those are still two losses but man, we need to give credit to the players and especially to the coaching staff, led by Alex Compton! He juiced out every single ounce of production from his depleted line-up to give  a good fight to the defending champ and to a team led by one of the elite coaches in the league! That is excellence!
