If Tautuaa is really on the block, which team should ask for him?

I have tackled some of the recent big trade rumors in the news and rumors recaps but not this one. According to the top sources of PBA rumors, TNT is on the telephone, waiting for the right offer for him. Star and Globalport are named as suitors, but will Mo be a good fit with them?

NLEX Road Warriors

How about combining the two Fil-Tongans in the PBA? Asi Taulava will be a very good mentor for him and I am pretty sure coach Yeng would be more than willing to use him as a face-up big. So, the possible return? How about Bradwyn Guinto and a future 1st round pick? Bradwyn is an old-school big who will bang his way inside and has a good ceiling.

Globalport Batang Pier
It was reported in the past that the coaching staff of Batang Pier are looking for a big man that can match-up with the giants. I think, Mo fits the bill. He is a legit 6'7 with an above average athleticism and leap. In a lot of ways he is an opposite of Quinahan which could make them a pretty good pairing.

It was rumored that Kramer, a wing man and some future picks is the package that the Batang Pier is offering and I think that is enough return for TNT. Maybe Dehesa is that "wing man". He is a credible 3-and- D wing that you can partner with Pogoy from the bench. If one of the picks is a first rounder, TNT should really think about it.

Star Hotshots
Marc Pingris has been playing a lot of the center minutes in the past few years. It is time to acquire someone that is really capable of playing center for the majority of the game and to open up the option of using the defensive versatility of Pinoy Sakuragi.

The problem lies on the current buzz that TNT is asking for Ian Sangalang. If that is true, it will all depend on what the coaching staff says because a swap is a fair deal. Who will be the better fir for their system? Who will be a better building block for their future? Those are the questions that needed to be answered.
