Picks for the 2018 Conference Championships
We're on the cusp of the Super Bowl, or as I saw it on some Reddit: the Superb Owl.
The AFC game is first, and it is a contest between the New England Patriots and the Jacksonville Jaguars. Vegas odds the the Pats as 9 point favorites. Take the Pats. 9 points? I've been wrong before, and I'm not looking past the Jags, but they are not the Pittsburgh Steelers. Pick: Pats.
The NFC game is second: Minnesota Vikings versus the Philadelphia Eagles, with the Eagles as 3.5 point favorites. Though I'm still reeling from that crazy Vikings win in the last seconds of their Divisional Championship game against the New Orlean Sants, I give the nod towards Eagles QB Foles experience. Pick: Eagles.
