Chicago Bears NFL Mock Draft 1.0

NCAA Football: Russell Athletic Bowl-West Virginia vs Miami

The NFL Draft is coming in a couple weeks and the Chicago Bears already has their priority targets and prospects that they fill that they are going to draft in the 2017 NFL Draft. They made some signings in free agents and they interviewed and workout with some these prospects. Here is my Chicago Bears Mock Draft 1.0

1st Round: S Jamal Adams. He is a future All-Pro athlete. He has everything that you want out of a safety. He has ball skills and can tackle. He has a winning mentality and great leaderships in the locker room. He can make a great impact on the Bears secondary.

2nd Round: WR Zay Jones. Alshon Jeffery signed with the Eagles and not one on the Chicago Bears receiving core is very reliable to be a #1 receiver. Kevin White missed his entire rookie season and most of his sophomore season battling injuries, so you can't rely on him to be consistent. Zay Jones is the best available receiver in the second round and they have a closer look at him at the Senior Bowl. He can play an elite level of production at any football level and can make tough catches.

3rd Round: QB Brad Kaaya. Ryan Pace is most likely going to draft a quarterback in the Draft. Brad Kaaya left the University of Miami as their all-time passing leader. He played in a pro-style offense. He has great mechanics when throwing the football. His major thing that he needs to improve on is his accuracy. He is a future NFL quarterback and allowing him to sit for probably 2-4 years could evolve to play at an elite level.

4th Round: DE Dawuane Smoot. The Chicago Bears need more depth at the Defensive End position. He played under Lovie Smith at Illinois.

4th Round: TE George Kittle. Even though they signed Dion Sims, they still need more depth at the tight end position. He is an all-around tight end just like Dion Sims. He can block very well on the run and he can catch passes.

5th Round: OT Aviante Collins. The Chicago Bears need competition in the Offensive Tackle position.

7th Round: ILB. Ben Boulware. He has heart and soul and is very dedicated to playing football. He has good instincts against the pass. He can also make plays on special teams.
