DeMarcus Cousins Had No Chance To Win In Sacramento Because Of Poor Management.

The Kings could of drafted Klay Thompson or Kawahi Leonard but instead drafted Jimmer Fredette. The Kings could of drafted Damian Lillard, Harrison, Barnes, or Draymond Green. The Kings could of drafted CJ McCollum or Giannis Antetokounmpo but instead drafted Ben Mclemore. The Kings could of drafted Zach Lavine or Rodney Hood but instead drafted Nik Stauskis. The Kings could of drafted Devin Booker or Myles Turner but instead drafted Willie-Caulie Stein.

The Kings could of potentially had a Big 3 of Klay Thompson, Damian Lillard, and Boogie Cousins but sure, blame DeMarcus Cousins for the continued run of 20 to 30 win seasons. Blame DeMarcus for the continued Playoff drought. Sure blame DeMarcus for being a cancer for team culture. Maybe it's time the Kings front office do some self reflection and realize that they are the problem? This trade is what happens when you have a GM who is way over his head and a owner that doesn't realize that he needs to let his basketball operations, who undoubtedly know more about the game then he does, to do their job. Perhaps Grant Napear should look around him and realize that throwing DeMarcus under the bus, as he did last night, was pathetic and indicative of how pathetic he is as a person?

With that trade, Vlade Divac and Vivek Ranadive have destroyed any credibility they have with incoming draftees, Free Agent Players, and their Agents. Who wants to play for a team that goes back on their word? Sure the DeMarcus trade needed to happen but it should of happened last year. I feel bad for the Kings fan base for having to endure this kind of nonsense. We deserve better. A lot better.
