WWE NXT Results for 1-25-2017: Ember Moon in Action, Women's Title Match Competitors Face Off
Match 1 - Ember Moon vs. Liv Morgan: Being friends, these two had a good, clean, competitive match. In the end, though, only one can win, and that was Moon. She delivered her twisting stunner from the top rope and then covered Morgan for the pinfall.
Match 2 - No Way Jose vs. Kona Reeves: Jose had no real trouble with Reeves, and dispatched him with a hard right hook after popping him up in the air.
Main Event - Chris Atkins vs. Eric Young: Young gave the debuting Atkins his wheelbarrow suplex-neckbreaker combo finisher, and covered him for the pinfall victory.
In the final segment of the night, the four ladies involved in the Fatal Four-Way Women's Championship entered the ring. Despite assurances that nothing would become physical, they did. Asuka and Nikki Cross were the ones that went at it, while Billie Kay and Peyton Royce dodged any physicality. The show ended with Cross hitting a crossbody splash on security and Asuka.
