Bournemouth cruised to a massive 6-1 win in their latest game against Hull City last weekend showing signs of some brilliance this side is capable of. Bournemouth, which started a two-game losing streak at the start of the season is now unbeaten in five of the last six matches by winning three and drawing two during that stretch.

Tottenham is the only unbeaten team in the Premier League after eight games. Tottenham has won five games and three draws along this stretch, but their goal scoring dealt a major blow. The reason is that the main players on this squad suffered short-term injuries. At the time of this writing, Harry Kane remains inactive, and Toby Alderweireld as joined that list. The Spurs were held to a 1-1 draw at West Brom last weekend and were on a five-game winning streak before that draw.

Prediction: Bournemouth has the advantage in form and momentum. But their record this season against marquee English teams disappointing. They were defeated in three matches this season, and two of those defeats have come against Manchester City and United. They did play a London-based team in West Ham, in which they were defeated. Tottenham is in excellent form this season despite their struggles in front of goal. But what's helping this team is that they're disciplined in their defensive game.
