NFL Mock Draft (Post-Free Agency)

This year's NFL draft has a deep and talented class especially for QB's and RB's. So here is my Mock Draft.

-1st Overall (Cleveland Browns):

The good old Browns, back at it again with a Top pick but this time with not one but two top 5 picks. And with their first pick with a need for a franchise Quarterback they select: USC QB Sam Darnold. In my opinion they did a great job trading for Tyrod Taylor but i don't see him as a franchise Quarterback for the Browns, he can start the season but at the end they are going to put Darnold in.

-2nd Overall (Buffalo Bills) via MOCK TRADE:

With my first mock trade the Buffalo Bills after jumping from 21 to 12, they are going to keep jumping to the 2nd pick giving the Giants:

12th overall

22th overall

2018 2nd Round pick

2018 4th Round pick

2019 3rd Round pick

So with this pick the Bills go out and select Wyoming QB Josh Allen and hopefully be their franchise Quarterback.

-3rd Overall (New York Jets) via Colts:

After in my opinion over-trading up with the Colts the Jets proudly select Oklahoma Star QB Baker Mayfield.

-4th Overall (Cleveland Browns) via Texans:

With their second first round pick the Browns select Penn State RB Saquon Barkley. Completing a great backfield trio with Barkley, recently sign Carlos Hyde and Duke Johnson.

-5th Overall (Denver Broncos):

After signing QB Case Keenum in Free Agency filling the need at Quarterback, the Broncos give Von Miller a partner for the opposite side named Bradley Chubb from NC State.

-6th Overall (Arizona Cardinals) via MOCK TRADE with Colts through Jets:

Desperate for a Quarterback to replace retired Carson Palmer the Cardinals trade up with the Colts giving them more picks to rebuild:

15th overall pick

2018 second round pick

2018 fourth round pick

2019 second round pick

2019 third round pick

With this pick the Cardinals select UCLA QB Josh Rosen.

-7th Overall (Tampa Bay Buccaneers):

The Buccaneers go ahead and select the best player on the board Alabama DB Minkah Fitzpatrick.

-8th Overall (Chicago Bears):

The Bears are going to keep giving weapons to second year QB Mitchell Trubisky by drafting Alabama WR - Calvin Ridley.

-9th Overall (San Francisco 49ers):
