It's Official: Howard Joins the Lakers

Hello sports fans.

Hope you're having a good day.

I've got more sports headlines, including, an update.

NBA

Yesterday, I wrote that the Los Angeles Lakers were intending to sign Dwight Howard.

Well, today, the Lakers made it official.

Howard has joined the Lakers. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.

The Brooklyn Nets have signed Caris LeVert to a contract extension. Again, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

NHL

The Dallas Stars have reportedly signed Scottie Upshall to a professional tryout contract.

NFL

The Cleveland Browns have waived Jaalen Strong.

MLB

Finally, Seattle Mariner's outfielder, Keon Broxton, was suspended for two games for tossing his batting glove towards home plate umpire, Manny Gonzalez last night.

Hmm! Not a smart move Keon.
