Things are going bad to worse for the Toronto Blue Jays.

Pitcher, Tim Mayza has to undergo Tommy John surgery because of a torn UCL and probably going to miss the entire 2020 season.

The good news for the Blue Jays is the team has reinstated Lourdes Gurriel and Luke Maile off the injured

The Arizona Diamondbacks has given general manager, Mike Hazen to a contract extension.

Terms of the contract were not disclosed.

NHL

The Minnesota Wild has re-signed Jared Spurgeon to a seven-year, $53 million contract extension.
