Preview: Leafs Verses Blue Jackets

Nationwide Arena, Columbus, OH.

The Columbus Blue Jackets open their season tonight at home against the Toronto Maple Leafs tonight.

There are low expectations for the Blue Jackets this season, despite some playoff success.

Columbus, however, does have depth on their defense.

As for the Leafs, the team named John Tavares as their new captain before Wednesday night's game against the Ottawa Senators.

The Leafs won 5-3 on Wednesday.

The Leaf's expectations are really high this year.

Finally, Jason Spezza is scheduled to make his Leafs debut tonight.
