NFL Fantasy: Week 10 Waiver Wire Targets

As always, here is my weekly write up on some players to target heading into Week 10 of the fantasy season.

Jim Dedmon-USA TODAY Sports

J.J. Nelson, WR, Cardinals - After Nelson's performance in Week 8 vs the Panthers in which he went off for 8/79/2, Coach Arians announced that Nelson will be a starting receiver going forward. With there bye following that game, Nelson will have had some extended reps with the first team offense which will bode well for his chemistry with Carson Palmer. He'll be one of the more popular adds this week so put your claims in now. (Owned in 14% of Yahoo Leagues)

Eli Rogers, WR, Steelers - Roger's eclipsed the 100 yard plateau for the first time in his career on Sunday needing six receptions to do so. He racked up most of those yards after Darius Heyward-Bey left the game with an injury. With Sammie Coates not 100% and Markus Wheaton not producing, Rogers seemed to have made the most of the opportunity. With a lot of teams double teaming Antonio Brown it should free up a lot of space for Rogers in the slot. (Owned in 1% of Yahoo Leagues)

Austin Hooper, TE, Falcons - With starting tight end Jacob Tamme injured, Hooper was the starter in Thursday's game vs the Bucs and put together a stat line of 3/46/1. He hasn't put up huge numbers this season but with Ryan's penchant to spread the ball around it will keep Hooper on the TE 2 map heading into week 10. Keep an eye on the injury of Tamme, if he's unavailable to play Hooper's worth and add if your in need of a TE this week. (Owned in 12% of Yahoo Leagues)

Kapri Bibbs, RB, - The most popular add over the last couple weeks had been Devontae Booker, with the belief that he would take the vacant starting RB spot for the Broncos and run with it. However, with back to back underwhelming performances, Booker may see a decrease in touches to fellow rookie Kapri Bibbs. Bibbs only carried the ball twice but was able to turn his one reception into an impressive 69 yard touchdown. The Broncos may give Booker one more shot to be the lead back heading into this weeks matchup against the porous Saints defense. In saying that Bibbs is likely to see more touches this week no matter what. (Owned in 5% of Yahoo Leagues)
