Fantasy: NFL DFS Draftkings TE Plays Week 3

Welcome to all my DraftKings players. Every week I will be picking players that I believe will help you win some money. Check out DraftCrunch.com to get all your help in building your lineup and see the projections. They are all about transparency and bridging the gap between the 99% and the 1%.

In this post I will be giving you players at the TE position. All these projections are through DraftCrunch.com.

Jason Witten ($4300)

Witten has become old-reliable. With Prescott running the offense, the Cowboys tend to run more passing plays underneath. This has benefited Witten the most. Through two weeks he has 18 targets. This week he goes up against the Bears, who just made Burton look like a star TE. I expect Witten to be featured this week and should score a TD.

Dennis Pitta ($3400)

Pitta looks to have regained his old-form before the injury. Last week he had 12 targets for 102 yards. He was a focal point of the passing game. This week the Ravens will face the Jags, who are a horrible defense. I expect Flacco to shred this defense and his most reliable target will be Pitta. At $3400, Pitta is still very cheap but has the potential to score multiple touchdowns.

Trey Burton ($2500)

Burton came on to scene last week with 5 catches for 49 yards and a TD. With Ertz out again this week, you can expect Burton to have another chance to shine. The Eagles are playing against the Steelers this week, so the Eagles will need to score a bunch of points. I expect Wentz to have to throw the ball a lot and Burton will get his share of targets. At his price Burton is a punt with a huge upside.

Delanie Walker ($5000)

Walker has become one of the best TEs in the league. He is Mariota's most trusted target. This week they go up against the Raiders, who just made Tamme and Hooper look like superstars at the TE position. The two of them combined for 8 catches for 159 yards and a TD. You can expect Walker to dominate this week against the Raiders and put up some nice numbers.
