Week 14's Studs and Duds

Thursday:

What an important AFC West game this was. The Chiefs are out to prove they are a Super Bowl contender as they beat the Raiders. Although it was terrible timing with the loss, Oakland still got a solid performance from Latavius Murray ( 103 yards and a TD).

Takeaways: You really don’t want to trust Kansas City’s skill players. The ball is starting to be spread around more, although, Tyreek Hill is an interesting prospect.

Sunday:

Heatbreak City. Dallas lost their streak and none of the skilled players showed up. In other games, Jeremy Hill made an appearance with 142 yards and his teammate, Tyler Eifert, also had two scores. But you’re probably hurting after Melvin Gordon went down and after the bad performances from Jordan Reed and Allen Robinson. Don’t play Brandon Marshall. Have faith with Brees.

Takeaways: You’re likely in or about to be in the playoffs, so roster decisions are critical. And now more than ever, matchups and weather will start to matter.

Monday:

Tom Brady put on another MVP performance with over 400 yards and 3 TDs. Malcolm Mitchell seems to be stepping up in the absence of Gronk and has scored in the last 4 games. But Joe Flacco failed to show up in a pivotal rivalry game.

Takeaways: Continue ride Blount’s touchdown consistency and never believe someone who says a Tom Brady isn’t a good fantasy QB.
