RUMOUR: Payet will sign for Olympique Lyonnais
According to reports, Dimitri Payet will leave West Ham United in January and join Olympique Lyonnais for £18m.
The French playmaker was linked with a big-money move to PSG, but French giants are no longer interested in bringing 29 years old winger.
And it now appears Payet is weighing up his options ahead of the upcoming transfer window despite penning a lucrative contract earlier this year.
The playmaker will turn 30 at the end of the season and is probably aware he doesn’t have too much longer to secure a move to an elite side.
Payet told Telefoot: “Leave West Ham this winter? I’m asking myself other questions but I’m not closing the door to anything.”
