Isaiah Wilson commit plus offensive line plan for 2017

As you know #2 overall HS senior Isaiah Wilson has committed to the bulldogs. Wilson is projected to start at RT right away.  This now means that UGA has 10 offensive lineman that we can use.  The 10 are: DeMarcus Hanyes, Isaiah Wynn, Solomon Kindley, Netori Johnson, Lamont Gaillard, Ben Cleveland, Wilson, Dyshon Sims, Andrew Thomas, and Kendall Baker.  I will go in depth on each one and list how they will be used.

Haynes: Coming out of Mississippi Gulf Community College, Haynes will be a junior and most likely start at left tackle for the next 2 years.

Wynn: The best lineman that UGA has because he is so versatile. He can play all 5 positions and he can play them very well. In 2017 he will most likely start at LG.

Kindley: One of the biggest guys on the team, Kindley will serve as a backup if Wynn, or Haynes gets hurt or disappoints.

Johnson: Johnson will probably redshirt next year, but the next year he will start at LG for the next 2-4 years.

Gaillard: A former RG will now move over to starting C. He was the second best lineman, and a lone bright spot last year as a sophomore.

Cleveland: A former 5 star recruit, redshirted the 2016 season, but now that Brandon Kublanow is gone, he will start at RG.

Wilson: As you know, one of the best players in the 2017 class, gets a chance to start immediately at RT.

Sims: A backup for most of his career, will most likely be used if Cleveland is hurt or does not live up to expectations.

Thomas: The second best lineman recruit for the Dawgs will probably also redshirt next year. The next year he will be a backup, and then in his redshirt sophomore year start for 1-3 years.

Baker: Baker has the same role as Sims. If Wilson does not live up to expectations, or is hurt, he will step in.
