Bryce $400 Million Harper

There is always big talk about how players are only in it for the money and not the game. Now I think that is a false statement coming from sports announcers around the broadcasting screen and highlight review shows. Major league ball players didn't come this far in their career to only play for the big bucks. These guys are passionate for the game no matter what choice, team, offer, or salary. Bryce Harper is a young kid that entered into the MLB by being nothing but a well rounded individual on the field. With the big news that is going around the MLB about his shocking demand of $400 million, Bryce is just proving to people that he knows his worth towards the game and for what he has done so far to help his team. The young 24 year old will be the one to watch for decades to come. Bryce isn't only well rounded in the outfield, but what really gets the teams interested in him is the bat. He is what baseball needs to keep the game fun to watch but unfortunately people do not want to admit it because of his "cockiness" on the field. Robinson Cano was one of the first to speak out about Harpers big deal. Nobody seemed to speak about Cano's acceptance of $200 million with the Seattle Mariners back in 2013 to say that was an over the top offer. Cano simply took that offer because he knew he was worth that much money. The media doesn't simply understand that Harper is still playing under the $5 million dollar salary he was first signed with back in 2010 when he was just a young pup forced to only be apart of the MLB under that salary. If it was really for the money then he would have turned it down and waited until he was older. Bryce Haper  knows his worth just like the rest of the players in the MLB.
