Two games into the season and things are looking good for coach Adam Nelson and the Chamberlain Cubs. The Cubs opened their season, on the road, at Sully Buttes and came home with a 59-42 win. On Monday, the Cubs hit the road to take on a Gregory team that reached their Region final a year ago.

In the Gregory game, Chamberlain senior, Seth Friesz scored 24 points and eclipsed the 1000 point barrier for his career.

The Cubs are hitting the road with some frequent bus miles this month. The Cubs get Parkston in Parkston on Friday and then see Sioux Falls Christian in Sioux Falls on Saturday.

Friesz and the five other seniors don't see home court until Dec. 28 in the East West Classic

Great Job Conner....anytime.

Love the contributions of people from across the state. Not sure where this is going, but would like to have some other young people take a few pictures, send a few notes and let's see if we can't get more coverage and publicity for the youth.

Merry X-mas all.....
