Positional Fantasy Rankings 2019

Its about that time of year again where die-hard NFL fans, your hipster uncle, and Brenda from accounting all get together to engage in one of America's favorite pass-times: fantasy football. Anyone can succeed in fantasy with the right combination of skill, knowledge, and luck. Especially luck. Nevertheless, It pays to have a plan in fantasy. Before you jump into your league's draft pool, make sure to peruse this list and keep checking "Around the Gridiron" for NFL and fantasy news all season long.

I should mention a few things: first, this is for standard, non-PPR scoring. Personally I am not a fan of PPR because I think it makes no sense to count a reception for no gain as the same amount of points as a ten yard run.

Second, I'm not ranking kickers or IDPs on this list. The only advice I will give you on kickers is for the love of God don't draft one until the final round.

Third, I'm not providing any stats or projections alongside these players names. I have statistical evidence behind putting players where I do but its also just a feel I get about each player and their situation. There are very good comprehensive lists of stats and projections in every good fantasy website's draft pool.
