Dirty Dozen: A Jim McElwain Edition.
We hardly knew thee, Jim. Well; actually we knew enough. I suspected when Florida hired McElwain, that it was a reach hire based on one solid season at Colorado State. He never got the Florida offense off the ground from the Will Muschamp struggles during his 2 1/2 years in Gainesville. The situation hit rock bottom Saturday, getting blasted by Georgia; 42-7, a score that should flatter Florida. The firing was just a culmination of a week where McElwain allegedly lied about getting death threats at the weekly news conference.
So long, Jim. Doubt we will see you anywhere in the FBS anytime soon.
We have interesting new members on the ##it list this week. The aforementioned Floorida definitely made it, along with neighbor, Floorida State. Along with Floorida, two other members from the 'Best conference in America' made the list in Tennessee and Vanderbust.
So with no apologies given; here is the Week 9 list.

Baylor wins its second Dumpster Fire Award. The Darby with Kansas may determine who will be the first to win three.
A couple of shout outs to the Ole Miss football outfit and PAC 12 refereeing.
Ole Miss blew a 31-7 lead to none other than Arkansas, losing 38-37.
The PAC 12 officiating crew at the USC - Arizona State game should have been given a spot in this week's list. A catch overruled as a touchdown on the final play of the first half took nearly 15 minutes to get the extra point kicked. Both teams were deep into the locker rooms and the band was on the field.
