Ben Simmons Rolling, Joel Living Up to Hype

The Sixers started out the season rough. 0-3 in their first games, 1-4 after their first 5. But now, they are 4-4. Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons are living up to their hype, and Robert Covington and J.J Redick are giving support when needed. Joel is averaging 21 points per game, a team best. On November first, he played 30 minutes, a career high. 30 whole minutes! He had 21 points, 12 rebounds, 6 assists, and 3 rebounds. Surprisingly, he has shot 35% from 3 point range, which is good for a big man. He can't play in back to backs, which is his only down side. Ben Simmons has been putting on a show lately. He is averaging 18.5 points per game, the second best on the Sixers. He can move the ball like a wizard, with 8 assists per game. His one flaw is that he can't shoot the ball outside of 15 feet. He is yet to make a three pointer this season, which is crazy! He has gotten all of his 18 points per game with jump shots! All that I care is that it is working. Now, the Sixers are 4-4, winning three strait games. Their next games is against the Pacers on November 3rd. The Sixers have back to back home games, which is good for them after their 4 game "road trip". The Pacers are 5-3, 1 game better than the Sixers. Markelle Fultz, Richaun Holmes, and J.J Redick are all out with injuries. JJ should be back soon, for he is day to day. The Sixers are 3rd in the Atlantic division. Make sure to tune in to the Sixers game on November 3rd, at 7:00 PM ET.
