Who Will Lift The EPL Title? Arsenal,Liverpool,Leicester,Manchester City or Tottenham?

Titles are not won so easily in the EPL, especially when there is still five months left! So the "topsy turvy premier season" has been quite a remarkable one, but the question is which team will lift the Barclays Premier League trophy in this extraordinary 2015/16 season?

Arsenal - Strengths: The Gunners have skill all around the football field with players like Ozil, Cech and Alexis Sanchez. They have had the same manager for 19 years and not for a single year have they not qualified for the champions league - with him in charge. They have an experienced goalkeeper that has saved goals shots and games from a number of different players and teams. He is probably the one that can lead Arsenal to their first EPL league title since 2002, like he did for Chelsea in the 2014/15 season.

Arsenal - Weaknesses:  Arsenal's weaknesses are that they have too many players in one position, and not enough width and balance in their team. Defensively they can be suspect when they haven't got the ball so this makes them vulnerable when they don't dominate the ball. Another weakness is their mental fragility. Arsenal have not yet provided conclusive evidence that they have conquered this block - and suspicions that this flaw remains, were raised again by the shocking 4-0 loss at Southampton on Boxing Day. Arsenal also manage to suffer too many injuries.

Leicester - Strengths: The Foxes have surprised many this season with their wins over the top clubs and producing top goalscorers and assist masters like Vardy and Mahrez. They have players who can perform all over the pitch and they have one of the best atmospheric stadiums all over the world. According to BBC and Sky sources, Leicester are performing better at home and score more of their goals at home too. This maybe something to think about for teams that will play them in the future.

Weaknesses: The Foxes have not got a very big squad so if Mahrez,Morgan or Vardy suffered an injury blow, Leicester would not have very good replacements. They may have to select a less experienced player to be the main striker. Perhaps they will run out of steam?

Manchester City - Strengths: Manchester City have risen massively in the past five years. They have won the EPL and the FA cup's in these past few years. They have a lot of experienced defenders, midfielders and strikers that can all play anywhere on the pitch and score goals. They have the best squad in the EPL and the ability to beat any team they play including world giants like PSG or Barcelona.

Weaknesses: City's important players like Aguero, Toure and Kompany spend too much time being injured. When they are injured or are away, City suffer in every area of the field. I spoke to a few fans about their team, here is what Seb said, "We are to reliant on our key players". Danny commented, "If we suffer an injury the whole team is effected and we don't play well. Their away performances are also letting them down."

Tottenham -Strengths: Spurs have turned over a leaf this season, with their quality of play (the best in over five years). They have a young attacking squad, that if pushed, have the potential to be the best in the league. With a top manager and brilliant players Tottenham are playing superbly. They have emerging talent from players like Deli Ali and a regular source of girls from there top striker Harry Kane.

Weaknesses: If Harry Kane gets injured, who will be the hero and score the goals for them? If this happens, they might struggle mentally and will drift away from the title that they are only a few points away from.

Liverpool - Strengths: Liverpool have a world renowned manager that has won champions leagues with his past club(s). They have a very strong midfield with decent strikers. They have a quality keeper, and most importantly they are an experienced bunch of players that have all played the likes of Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.

Weaknesses: This season Liverpool have torn apart the likes of Chelsea, Manchester City, Leicester and Southampton - but when they play the inexperienced teams like Watford and West Brom, they either squeeze in the tight draw or suffer a heavy defeat. They have good keepers and defenders, but sometimes they make silly costly mistakes and their team then either looses or gets the tight draw. They do not have strength upfront. They have Daniel Sturridge who, when is on the field, performs wonders for his team by creating and scoring quickly. With him getting injured frequently, Ings out for the season, they are leaving it on Benteke to do all the work. Don't get me wrong, Benteke is a good striker that is scoring every other game, but when he gets the chance to score a goal again, he is always missing. For example, against Leicester he scored a crucial goal which gave the reds a win, however, in the last minute there was an open goal which was missed by him! He also did the same thing against Sunderland.

So, that is what's going on in the Premier League right now. The weaknesses are all linked to the same thing: relying on their team mates to do the job for them, and, when those people get injured - they struggle. Here are my predictions for the top ten this 2015/16 season: 1st Arsenal, 2nd Manchester City, 3rd Tottenham, 4th Liverpool, 5th Manchester United , 6th Leicester, 7th Watford, 8th Crystal Palace, 9th West Ham, 10th Everton.

Happy New Year, Thanks for reading and hope you enjoyed this post,
