The times that the coaches have been caring a team for over 5 years has finished. Arsene Wenger is the only after Sir alex Ferguson who has been in a single team for a very long time.21 years if we want to be accurate.
Altough Wenger seems to struggling over the past 3 years the Arsenal board seems to trust him (Ιn Arsene we trust).Ηowever, Αrsenal' s exmaple is not being followed by many teams as they tent to waste money and not to trust the coach in the long run.
After Koeman (Everton) and Graig Shakespeare(Leicester) Slaven Bilic got sacked today after a series with bad results with West Ham.Good or quick decisιon? Time will show. West ham is not the only one that has bad results this season.

1 Marcelo Bielsa-Lille OSC
Lille has 2 win and 3 draws in 11 matches this season.They are second from the end and they dont have enough games to earn point in the 1st round as they have to face Saint Ettiene, lyon and Pari saint germain in the next 40 days.Lille won the premiere game against Nantes and another one, against the last team in ligue 1, Metz yesterday with 0-3.However the board is not satisfied at all with Bielsa.
2.Peter Bosz-Borussia Dortmund
Peter Bosz came to Dortmund with the best destinctions.The season started good with 6 wins and 1 draw in 7 matches placing Dortmund in the top of the bundesliga table .However the continuity was not so good for the team.Dortmumd misses win in the last 6 matches.4 on bundesliga and 2 on champions league against APOEL.
Apart from that Dortmund may be out of champions league round of 16 qualifiers being 3rd in the group breaking a 5 year tradition .
3. Pako Ayestarán-UD Las Palmas
Last season Las Palmas was one of the pleasant surprises in la liga.This year things are not going so well.Having only 2 wins in 11 games Las palmas is the second last team in the table.The team struggles to create chances and concedes goals too easily .Las palmas was too active in the summer's transfer window but that seems to be not so effective.The media and the board are not satisfied with former's valencia coach at all.
4. Vincenzo Montella- AC Milan
