Start Trusting the Process

Led by Joel Embiid, the Philadelphia 76ers have officially turned their franchise's direction around. The future of Philadelphia basketball was very gloomy until, "The Process" started generating so much excitement around the Sixers which has improved the play of their entire roster from rookie Dario Saric to veteran Gerald Henderson. In their last 10 games, the 76ers are 7-3 with multiple big wins against the Toronto Raptors, Milwaukee Bucks, and Portland Trail Blazers. Still down 15 games in the East, the Sixers still have plenty of work to do, but with recent first overall pick, Ben Simmonds, returning to the lineup soon, the sky's the limit for the Sixers.

It is also likely that the 76ers will have two top 10 picks in the upcoming 2017 draft. The future is ridiculously bright for Philadelphia basketball. With recent mock draft reports, the Sixers will likely take Dennis Smith with the 4th overall pick, a versatile guard out of N.C. State. and with what is looking like the 7th pick, the Sixers will probably take Malik Monk, a lights out shooter from Kentucky who would complement Simmonds and Embiid very nicely.

Catch the 76ers in the playoffs next year and start winning playoff ball games by 2019, my prediction is that the Sixers and Trail Blazers will fight for the 2020 championship.
